About us

A real club.
Real people.

Southland Armwrestling is a small but growing arm wrestling club based in Invercargill. We are a friendly group of locals who genuinely love the sport and want to share it.

You don't need to be strong. You don't need to have done it before. You don't need fancy gear. You just need to turn up. We'll show you the rest.

Every Saturday at 6pm we meet at Worlds Health and Fitness to train, drill technique, and pull. New faces are always welcome.
